We're Back -- Closer than Ever

After a brief (cringe) hiatus, Michelle and I are returning to our dear Skippy readers with as much enthusiasm as ever. A lot has happened since we last posted, so we will be publishing a series of posts to catch you up on our lives. Here are some brief highlights to watch for:

--The first semester apart, Michelle studied abroad in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama while Gail interned at BNC, an entertainment PR firm.

--Very different summers: Michelle at a South Dakota newspaper, Gail at home in Amish country Pennsylvania.

--We are living in a house with ten (count 'em), yes TEN girls.

--They are both working on The Chimes newspaper staff.

--Thanksgiving was again a tranquil retreat to NorCal (or, as Gail says, "upstate") with Michelle's family.

--A series of typical college moments has made the beginning of our senior year a good one. Join us as we remember.

We both hate lame "sorry we haven't posted" blog posts, but life happens, ya know? Life is what we want to document. So welcome back, friends --both new and old. We welcome your prayers and encouragement as we finish off our senior years and launch careers.
